Day 01 
Meet your hotel and drive 1 hour to Shachong Monastery (Tib: བྱ་ཁྱུང་དགོན། Chin:་Xia Qiong Si) . Enjoy the great view of Yellow River from the monastery, continue your trip to Rebkong (Chin; Tong Ren). Visit Sangge Shong  Mago Tsang Thangka painting monastery. 
Day 02
Drive from Rebkong to Labrang(Tib: གསང་ཆུ། Chin: Xia He) via Ganja grassland. Visit Larbang monastery in the after noon. Join a kora around the monastery. 
Day 03 
Drive back to Xining via Yadze (Tib: ཡ་རྫི། Chin: Xun Hua). Visit Salar village. Stop at Martsang Drak monastery. One of the oldest temples in the eastern part of Tibet. Return to Xining.
Day 04
Take tour to Tibetan Culture Museum and after lunch drive to train station. Take after noon trail to Lhasa. Sleep on train 
Day 05 
Arrival in Lhasa(Tib: ལྷ་ས། Chin: La Sa) either by train or flight, will be received and transfer to Barkho Namchen house or similar G/H

Day 06 
Guided tour to Drepung in the morning and visit  Sera monastery in the afternoon 

Day 07 
Guided tour to Potala Palace in the morning, afternoon the old town and Jokhang temple, Barkhor market

Day 08
Depart Tibet by flight or train or doing the overland trip
